1. Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
By accessing this website or booking services with Pristine Construction Cleans, you agree to these terms. These disclosures are designed to ensure a safe and professional working relationship.
Service Requirements
Access: The customer must ensure all areas scheduled for cleaning are unlocked and accessible. If the property is inaccessible at the time of service, the appointment will be rescheduled for the next available opening.
Utilities & Water Access: While we typically request access to an outdoor water source, Pristine Construction Cleans is equipped to provide its own water supply upon prior request, should the property be unable to provide access due to local water restrictions or logistical limitations.
Liability & Damage Waivers
Pristine Construction Cleans performs all services using industry-standard techniques; however, the client acknowledges that pressure washing, soft washing, and high-pressure rinsing may reveal or inadvertently worsen pre-existing damage.
Pristine Construction Cleans is not responsible for repair or replacement costs related to:
Siding & Masonry: Damage stemming from ill-fitted, loose, or brittle siding; failing or loose mortar/grout; crumbling brick; and cracks in stucco, EIFS, or stone veneer that are present prior to service.
Surfacing & Concrete: Pre-existing cracks, chips, or "spalling" in driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks. This includes the loss of loose aggregate or the widening of existing fissures during the debris removal process.
Paint & Coatings: Faded, oxidized, chipped, or "alligatored" paint. The client understands that aged or poorly bonded paint may peel or flake during cleaning, and that oxidation removal may reveal uneven pigment or underlying substrate damage.
Windows & Glass: Pre-existing chips, cracks, or "stars" in glass; compromised window seals (fogging); and damaged, brittle, or ill-fitting window screens and tracks.
Landscaping: Physical damage to plants, turf, or hardscaping that was present prior to arrival, including "tunnelling" under slabs or pre-existing chemical burns from previous treatments by others.
Structural Integrity: Water intrusion caused by dry-rotted door frames, failed weather stripping, or improper flashing around vents and electrical fixtures.
Final Inspection: By authorizing service, the client agrees that the property is in a stable condition to withstand professional cleaning.
Any defects revealed by the removal of dirt, mold, or debris are considered pre-existing and are the sole responsibility of the property owner.
Watertight Integrity: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut. We are not liable for water intrusion due to faulty seals, degraded caulking, or open windows.
Landscaping: While we use industry-standard precautions, the customer acknowledges that high-pressure water and cleaning solutions carry an inherent risk to plant life.
Chemical Exposure: We use professional-grade cleaning solutions. While we take every precaution, the customer acknowledges that some aged or sensitive surfaces (e.g., certain woods or porous stones) may react to cleaning agents. We are not liable for color changes on surfaces not disclosed as sensitive prior to cleaning.
2. Service Standards
The Pristine Standard We utilize professional-grade equipment and specialized cleaning solutions tailored to the Coastal Bend environment.
Water Logistics & Compliance
Self-Sustaining Service: In cases where residential or commercial water use is restricted, we utilize our own on-board water tanks to ensure your project is completed without interruption or violation of local ordinances.
Expectations of Results
Organic Growth: Our soft-wash process is designed to kill mold and algae at the root. However, the longevity of these results depends heavily on environmental factors such as shade, humidity, and proximity to foliage.
Stain Mitigation: While we use high-grade chemicals to treat oil, rust, and calcium deposits, some deep-set staining may be permanent. We focus on significant improvement rather than total restoration for aged surfaces.
3. Privacy Policy
Data Collection & SMS Consent
Collection: We collect information provided via our contact forms (name, phone, address) strictly for service fulfillment.
SMS Communication: By providing your number, you consent to receive service-related text messages (appointment reminders, arrival times). You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nueces County.
